Royal Mail 1st Class
1st class post aims to deliver within 1 working day. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days, please get in touch if you have not received your order within the 15 day period.

Royal Mail 2nd Class
2nd class post aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. This is not a guarantee but an aim. Royal Mail will not class an item as lost or missing for 15 working days, please get in touch if you have not received your order within the 15 day period

We want the coffee to arrive to you as fresh as possible so we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible after the receipt of your payment. This will normally be within 24 hours. Items will be posted to the address received during your checkout process.  

Expect delivery of your order within 7 days although most items will be dispatched within 24/48hrs (working hours). If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer the consumer a refund.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason your order is incorrect or damaged then we'll offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us to arrange return of the goods. 

Should you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped we can simply cancel the order. 

Please note that refunds are subject to the provided goods being in perfect, unused and complete in their unopened original packaging.  Please allow 14 working days for this process.  

All shipping back to Stantons Coffee House is to be paid for by the customer.  We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
